Adrian got to this field of work in a roundabout way. He has always been interested in helping people and has always been very competitive. While playing football in college he got a license to be a registered nurse and loved working in the critical care ward helping save the lives of young children. If it was intense and needed relational nuance, he was the first to volunteer. He then spent almost a decade traveling the world, speaking on community impact and the power of personal integrity and leadership. He worked at a church in Los Angeles and would build volunteer teams of thousands of people per year to travel throughout the city and the third world.  From there he was asked to launch a private foundation and he built a team to facilitate 3 day personal development training in prison with murderers. Yes, men with a life sentence who were desperate for a new way of life. From that, he got into this in-depth work with leaders in all types of chaos in the business world.
